Dr. Cukjati offers advanced dental concepts in
periodontal therapy, restorative dentistry, endodontic and orthodontic
services, oral surgery and prosthodontic services. He was designated a
pioneer in veterinary dentistry by the Secretary of the College of
Veterinary Dentistry in 1991. As an innovator and leader, he personally formed
The Library of the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry which contains videos of
techniques and materials for the veterinary dental community. A long time
member of The American Veterinary Dental Society and a Charter Fellow of The
American Academy of Veterinary Dentistry, he has lectured many times at their
annual meetings as well as to local dog club societies.
Dr. Cukjatis extensive research and successful
techniques in orthodontia, restorative dentistry, endodontics and
prosthodontics developed a very active veterinary dental referral practice at
the center of his lifelong career. He published the very first extensive
prosthodontic case in veterinary history, and utilizes advanced unique methods
for treating jaw fractures, chronic mouth disease in cats, and an adaption of a
human technique in the use of the Webber Method for treatment of diseased and
injured teeth. |
